The Neighborhood Housing Trust has taken stewardship of an eight-unit apartment building at 6 North Street in Kennebunkport. The transfer of ownership from the dissolving South Church Housing Corporation ensures the homes can remain affordable for its residents, and that the building will be preserved as much needed workforce housing just steps from Dock Square.

Apartments rarely become available and new tenants are identified in partnership with the local General Assistance Coordinators in Arundel, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport.​​​
