We are excited to announce our new neighborhood, Landon Woods! We partnered with PATCO Homes as the builder and couldn't be happier with the classic farmhouse design that includes a single-story, two-bedroom home and a two-story, three-bedroom home. These homes are located on Ruths Way, a new road named after Ruth Benson Landon, off of Beachwood Avenue in Kennebunkport, ME.
These homes were sold in 2026 and will remain affordable in perpetuity.
The Neighborhood Housing Trust aims to give low to moderate income households the opportunity of home ownership. Landon Woods is a six-home subdivision on Beachwood Avenue in Kennebunkport, ME.
